Cathy is Benny's younger  sister.  She is a natural at most anything she tries.  Her intelligence sometimes rivals that of her older brother, especially when she pushes him to be brave.  She finds glee in transforming into her magical form especially when it annoys the villainous Twinkleflash who is allergic to felines. The draw back to her form is that it might lead to an unexpected game of cat and mouse.
